Our Residential Pricing packages are simple & straightforward.

An additional fee is added if a single family home has more than one of the following;

Due to recent fuel price increases, there is additional fuel fees for an inspection more than a 1 hour drive from our office.

Fuel Fees

More than 1 hour drive $50.00

More than 1 hour 30 minute drive $100.00

2hr drive $150.00

Same day inspections are available

There is a $100.00 additional fee for this service, provided there are schedule openings for that day. For the best possibility of getting a same day inspection call before 11am, to check availability.

We DO NOT test for radon, mold, or perform termite inspections.
