Process Explained
So you are naturally wondering what's next?
It's quite simple
The client (you), makes initial contact with inspector via phone, text, or email.
We will take your order, ask a few questions pertaining to your expectations and of the home in general.
The client will need to contact their realtor to inform him/her of the tentative date and time, as the buyer's agent will have to inform the seller or the seller's agent of the time and date. Please provide your realtor's contact information so we can confirm this appointment. All utilities must be turned on so they can be properly inspected.
We will email you a copy of the contract, after you have read it, and agree to the terms, sign it electronically, and email it back to us. The contract MUST be agreed to and signed by the client (you), and emailed back to Holliday Home Inspections PLLC before the home inspection appointment is confirmed and scheduled. If the client has questions about the contract, please feel free to call us so we can answer your questions.
The client will meet the inspector at the home on the day of the inspection appointment and the client will attend the inspection, at the very least the client needs to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection.
The inspection should take about 3 hours to perform. We ask that you save all of your questions to be asked at the end of the inspection. We recommend that the client brings a note pad to write questions down so as not to slow down the inspection process.
Upon completion of the inspection, the inspector will take payment. Client receives either a emailed copy or a printed copy of the inspection report on site or same day, if service is not available.
The inspector will review the results and answer all of the questions the client has pertaining to the home inspection report to the best of his ability.
